Cocoa Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nonstick vegetable cooking spray
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
    1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
    Add the milk, oil and vanilla, mixing by hand until smooth.
    Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Combine the brown sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and water and pour over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
