Pork Tenderloin In Mustard Seed Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. coarse grained mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 pork tenderloins
1/4 c. dry white wine
Mustard Seed Sauce
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well.
Rub mixture over pork; place in a plastic bag and refrigerate 8 hours.
Place tenderloins on rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of meat.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 160\u00b0, basting every 10 minutes with wine.
