Grape-Nuts Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. nuts, finely chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add other ingredients.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes in greased bread tin. Serve with your favorite gravy.
