Pork Chops And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 can mushroom soup
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat frying pan.
    Add oil.
    Salt meat and coat in flour; place in frying pan.
    Brown on both sides.
    Remove from pan and drain all fat from pan.
    Put meat back into pan; spoon mushroom soup over top and add pepper.
    Cover with a tight fitting lid.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Ready to serve.
