Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 or 3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes and boil in a little water until tender.
    Mix together flour, salt and pepper.
    Layer potatoes in baking dish.
    Sprinkle each layer with flour mixture.
    Heat milk and margarine together until margarine melts.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake a few minutes longer until lightly browned.
