Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Heat
vinegar,\toil and sugar to
boiling
point.
Pour over combined sauerkraut, celery, green pepper and onion.
Let stand (covered) in refrigerator overnight.
