Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pastry shell
8 to 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 c. onion
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 lb. imitation crab
1/2 lb. salad shrimp
4 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix bacon, cheese, onion and 1 egg at a time.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Stir in shrimp and crab last.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Serves 6.
