Cottage Cheese Pan Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water (about 110~)
1 c. large curd cottage cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine (firm)
Preparation

In small bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
Combine cottage cheese and egg in a blender; whirl until smooth.
In a large bowl, stir together baking powder, soda, salt, sugar and 3 1/4 cups of the flour.
Work butter into flour mixture with your fingers until no large particles remain.
Stir in cheese mixture and yeast.
