Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 minced garlic cloves
    28 oz. chopped artichoke hearts
    20 oz. soft cream cheese
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
Preparation
    Squeeze all moisture from spinach.
    Mix 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese with sour cream and 2 Tbsp. of Parmesan cheese.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita strips.
