Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 large banana
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Blend sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt together.
    Fold in the fruits and pecans.
    Put in cupcake holders in muffin pans and freeze.
