Bavarian Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 pt. whipped cream
    graham cracker crust
    grated sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Soak gelatine for 5 minutes in 1/4 cup milk.
    Heat 1 cup milk in a double boiler.
    Add gelatine mixture.
    Stir into this mixture 2 egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Cook until thick.
    When cool, add stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.
    Put in crust and top with grated sweet chocolate.
    Let set in refrigerator.
    Makes two large pies.
