Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Baking biscuits only takes about 10 minutes.
    Sift flour, then add baking powder, sugar and blend in shortening.
    Add buttermilk until a dough.
    Remember to flour surface before pouring dough out to knead and roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut biscuits out and put on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
