Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope plain gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. grated lime skin
1/2 c. Key lime juice or lime juice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar, into 4 beaten stiff egg whites
Preparation

Heat to a boil the first 7 ingredients.
Cool until thickened. When cool add very well beaten egg whites.
Fill precooked pie shell. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprills.
