Fat-Free Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in small saucepan.
Add small amount of milk into dry ingredients until moistened.
Then add rest of milk. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Cook 2 more minutes.
Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
