Praline Eggnog Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    2 c. prepared eggnog
    1/3 c. praline liqueur
    1 Tbsp. rum
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. whipping or heavy cream, whipped
    9-inch graham crust
    ground nutmeg
    whole berry cranberry sauce, drained
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, mix unflavored gelatine with sugar.
    Blend in egg yolks, beaten with 1 cup eggnog.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining eggnog, liqueur, rum and vanilla. Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Turn into prepared crust; sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Chill until firm.
    Garnish with cranberry sauce.
