Sourdough Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Starter
    2 c. milk
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Before baking time, remove 1 cup batter, to replenish that used.
    To remaining batter in bowl, add soda, eggs, shortening and sugar.
    Mix well and bake on lightly greased, hot griddle.
