Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on top.
