Maple Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. coarsely broken pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add the sugar, flour, corn syrup and butter.
    Beat until blended.
    Cover bottom of pie shell with pecans.
    Pour syrup mixture over pecans.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven until the center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool on a wire rack.
    Serve with unsweetened whipped cream if desired.
