Chicken And Macaroni Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder (salt)
    dash of nutmeg (optional)
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
    1 c. sauteed mushrooms
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter over low heat; blend in flour, cream cheese and seasonings together.
    Gradually add bouillon and milk, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
    Combine with other ingredients.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole and top with cheese.
    Bake 25 minutes (uncovered).
