Fettuccini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. box fettuccini noodles
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    5 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook fettuccini to package directions. Drain in saucepan. Melt butter.
    Add flour. Stir until thick.
    Add milk.
    Stir until thick.
    Add cheese and bring mixture to boil, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper. Stir. Take off heat and let stand 5 minutes. Pour over noodles and serve.
