Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
20 oz. strawberries
Preparation

Mix crushed pretzels, margarine and sugar together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese with sugar.
Add Cool Whip and mix well.
Spread on cooled crust.
Mix jello with water.
Add strawberries.
Chill until syrupy and pour over cheese mixture.
Chill until ready to use.
Lime jello and crushed pineapple may be substituted for strawberries.
