Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. whipping cream, whipped until it starts to thicken (sour cream with 1 tsp. vinegar if not sour)
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 sq. melted baking chocolate or semi-sweet (if milk chocolate style)
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    3/4 c. milk
    vanilla (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients.
    When ingredients are blended, mix together the flour, soda, salt and nuts.
    Add to cream mixture alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Batter is thick.
    Mix for 1 minute or until well blended.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes (about) in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Use toothpick test for doneness because of thicker batter.
