3 c. cooked rice (1 c. raw)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. Mozzarella grated cheese (8 oz.)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. each: basil and garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine rice, eggs and 1 cup cheese.
Press firmly into greased 12-inch pizza pan.
Spread evenly.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Combine sauce.
Spread evenly over crust.
Add toppings.
Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.
