Ingredients

1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 slices stale bread, cubed
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
12 oz. chili sauce (1 bottle)
1/2 c. grape jelly
1/4 c. lemon juice (bottled or fresh)
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Beat egg; add salt, pepper and bread cubes. Add beef and minced onion; mix well.
