Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla, creaming together.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
