Double-Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda

    1 medium zucchini, shredded (approximately 2 c.)
