Minty Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (use Hydrox cookies)
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
6 1/2 c. (3/4 lb.) miniature marshmallows
1/2 to 3/4 c. mint flavored chocolate sauce
4 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine crumbs and melted butter.
Press mixture into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Chill.
Combine milk and marshmallow in top of double boiler.
Heat and stir until melted. Cool slightly.
Add syrup and blend.
Fold whipped cream into mixture and pour into crust.
Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours or overnight.
Decorate with chocolate curls or whole fresh strawberries.
