Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can tomato and green chiles, diced
    2 c. cottage cheese
    6 flour tortillas
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add taco seasoning (both packages). Add tomato sauce and tomato and green chiles.
    Mix together in a bowl the Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, beaten eggs and cottage cheese.
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan: half meat sauce, 3 tortillas, half cheese mixture and layer again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with chopped lettuce and tomato.
