Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 slices whole wheat bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix together cottage cheese, milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
    Transfer mixture to a shallow dish; place bread in it and let stand for 10 minutes. Turn bread over and let stand another 10 minutes.
    Grease a baking sheet and place it in a preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven; place bread on it.
    Bake 6 minutes. Turn bread over and bake 5 to 6 minutes more, until golden brown. Serve with maple or jam.
    Serves 4.
