Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. apricot jello
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. cold water
    3 bananas, sliced
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soft cream cheese
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, mix 1 egg (slightly beaten), sugar and 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
    Cook until thickens.
    Add 1/2 cup soft cream cheese.
    Set aside to cool.
    In a separate bowl, mix apricot jello with water.
    Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
    Add mixture in saucepan to gelatin.
    Let congeal.
    Add Cool Whip to top.
