Ingredients
    Provolone cheese
    lettuce
    tomato
    mayo
    toast
Preparation
    Provolone cheese can be pan-fired or browned in a microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, drained and cut into strips or crumbled for this modification of a standard.
    While not fat-free, it is lower in fat than bacon and is a good substitute for vegetarian diets.
