Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Put beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and butter in a medium bowl.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Dip in corn flake crumbs.
    Heat oil in frypan and brown on both sides. Turn down heat.
    Cover pan and simmer for 15 minutes longer.
