Meatball Casserole("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. condensed tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large onion
    2 c. celery, diced
    4 medium potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Shape into balls and brown on all sides in hot margarine.
    Put in 3 quart casserole.
    Mix remaining ingredients, including salt.
    Arrange on top of meatballs.
    Cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
