Calico Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corn
1 can french style green beans
1 can peas
1 can red kidney beans
4 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/2 red onion
1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
pinch of garlic pwd.
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain and mix vegetables together. Mix sugar and vinegar. Heat slightly to dissolve sugar.
Add remaining oil and spices. Mix dressing with vegetables and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
