Ruth'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburg
    1 big onion
    1 big green pepper
    1 stack crackers
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and spoon out 1 tablespoon at a time. Roll in hand to form a meatball.
    Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes.
