Beans And Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
5 cloves garlic, chopped
5 celery stalks, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
3-inch piece dried pepperoni, skinned and sliced in half
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 can tomato paste
1/2 box ditalini macaroni
1 can cannellini beans, do not drain
Preparation

In 4-quart saucepan, saute garlic in oil until cooked. Do not let it burn. Add celery, carrots, pepperoni, oregano, red pepper, black pepper and tomato paste. Add water to cover vegetables. Cover and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.
