Pork Chops - Ed'S Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides; mix two cans together (broth and cream of chicken soup).
    Pour over chops.
    Simmer 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice or grits with hot biscuits.
    Good.
