Chip Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (5 oz. each) boned chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. minced green onion
    melon wedges
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    crisp lettuce leaves
    strawberries
Preparation
    In a bowl, toss chicken, celery, green pepper, onion and mayonnaise; cover and chill.
    Just before serving, mix in potato chips.
    Serve on salad or lettuce leaves.
    Garnish with melon wedges and strawberries.
