Martha Otto'S Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Blend together flour, butter and confectioners sugar as for
    a pie
    crust.
    Spread in an ungreased pan, 9 x 13-inches and
    pack down into a crust; bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. While\tcrust is baking, beat the eggs with a fork and add the sugar,
    salt, lemon juice, flour and baking powder.
    Pour this mixture over the baked crust and return to oven for 25 minutes more.
    Remove
    from oven
    and
    dust with confectioners sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
