Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. rolled oats
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
    pinch of sugar
    1/3 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. unbleached white flour (approximately)
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, boil 1 cup water and add oats, honey, margarine and salt.
    Let cool.
    Combine yeast, sugar and 1/3 cup warm water in a large bowl or a food processor.
    Let proof.
    Add 2 cups flour to the yeast mixture.
    When oat mixture is warm, but not hot, add it to the flour mixture and knead dough 10 minutes or process 15 seconds or until dough is smooth and elastic, adding more flour if necessary.
