Czechoslavakian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. margarine, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine flour, softened margarine and salt, cutting together like pie dough.
Set aside.
Combine yeast, warm water and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Stir together.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add the egg. Stir a little.
Make a well in dry ingredients.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
Stir with a fork.
Divide dough in half.
Roll out one portion on floured surface into a 9 x 12-inch rectangle.
