Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2/3 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. quick cooking oats
    2/3 c. coconut
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Stir in oats and coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until pie tests done.
