Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. raw rice
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and pepper.
    Add the next 6 ingredients; simmer. Pour into casserole dish; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
