Ingredients

2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. softened butter
3/4 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Shape into long roll (2 rolls are easier to handle) the size of a quarter.
Roll in sesame seed.
Chill, slice and bake as needed, about 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
