Rhubarb Surprise Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    3 c. rhubarb
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; cut in butter. Add egg and milk.
    Mix well.
    Press into greased 8 x 12-inch pan. Arrange rhubarb in pan.
    Sprinkle with Jell-O.
    Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
