Baked Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 medium eggs, well beaten (less large eggs)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt or regular salt
    1 lb. bulk sausage, browned, crumbled and drained (may use sausage links, cut up or thinly sliced ham)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt and onion well.
    Add cooled sausage (or uncooked links or ham).
    Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes (glass dish at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes).
    Serves 12.
