Baked Onion-Flavored Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope (1 3/4 oz.) onion soup mix
    1 boiler/fryer, cut up
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Grease bottom of shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle half the soup mix on bottom of dish.
    Place chicken pieces over it, then drizzle margarine over chicken.
    Sprinkle with remaining soup mix.
    Cover with foil and bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for an hour or more.
    Reserve pan juices (about 1/2 cup) and combine with sour cream.
    Heat gently and serve with chicken.
