Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm milk or water
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar.
    Cover.
    Let stand at room temperature 24 to 48 hours.
    Stir occasionally. (Good only if mixture bubbles.)
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Warm to room temperature to use.
    Warm to replenish every 7 to 10 days. To replenish, add 1 cup water, 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar.
    Let stand at room temperature until mixture bubbles and then refrigerate.
