New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Cream all of the cheeses together for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add all ingredients except sour cream (add eggs, one at a time).
Beat for 4 minutes more to blend all ingredients.
Fold in sour cream last.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour in a 10-inch spring-form pan that has been buttered and floured.
Let cool in oven 3 to 5 hours.
Do not open oven door until time is up.
