Biscuit-Meatball Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk (1 1/4 c.)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
Preparation
    Combine beaten egg and 1/4 cup water.
    Stir in bread crumbs, parsley, salt and dash of pepper.
    Add ground beef, mix well. Shape mixture into 24 (1-inch) balls.
